You can access your account immediately after registration or login or by clicking in the top menu of the "Customer - Last Name First Name" tab.
In the "My account" tab you will find your data and you can change it. These are mainly Name, Surname, Telephone and login e-mail.
You can add a new address in the "Delivery Address" section
In the "Changing password" section, you can change the password (CAUTION: only if you have not logged in via the social network)
In the "GDPR" section, you can download a file with a record of your personal data
The "Limit" section shows how much space you have on our server and how much of it you have used for your products.
In the "Register with a social network" section, you can see which social network you have logged in through.
In the "Mail notifications" section, the customer can individually set about which changes in the account or in the order status he will receive an e-mail notification.
In the "Delete account" section, you can delete your account from the online editor. ATTENTION: all your photos and products will be deleted at the same time.
"My products" tab
The information section displays product details:
- type of the product and it's name
- technical parameters of the product
- dates of creation, modification and estimated date of disposal. The print house reserves the right to remove the product earlier due to lack of server space.
The buttons on the right allow
- payment and ordering of the product
- product editing
- check product preview.
You can also delete or copy the product and create a preview quality PDF.
"My photos" tab Each photoset contains a package of photos that are associated with a specific product.
You can edit photos in bulk
"My orders" tab
List of all customer orders. If you have not given your consent to receive e-mail notifications, you can monitor the status of your order here.
The first line contains the order number, in the right part of this line you will find its current status - "New", "Sent for printing", etc.
